Got an allergy ?

# Allergen Information

At Moo Brew, we want everyone to enjoy their drink safely. Please read the information below, and if you have any questions or a specific allergy concern, just ask a member of staff — we're always happy to help.

Please note: our drinks are prepared in an environment where allergens including milk, gluten, nuts, and soya are present, and cross-contamination is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to us directly before ordering.

## Dairy-Free

Most of our milk-based drinks can be made dairy-free by swapping to oat milk. Please note that cold foam toppings (used on some of our specialty drinks) contain dairy and cannot currently be made dairy-free — these will be omitted from dairy-free orders.

Our Spanish Latte, Spanish Matcha Latte, and Vietnamese Coffee contain condensed milk as a core ingredient and cannot be made dairy-free.

## Gluten-Free

Most of our menu is naturally gluten-free. Drinks featuring a biscuit crumb topping (such as our Biscoff and Cookie Dough specials) are not gluten-free as standard — the crumb topping will be omitted from gluten-free orders on request.

Our Bueno Iced Latte contains gluten, milk, soya, and hazelnut (tree nuts) as standard, due to the Kinder Bueno topper, and cannot be made gluten-free or dairy-free.

## Other Allergens

Some of our syrups, sauces, and toppings may contain or have been processed near nuts, soya, or other allergens. Full supplier allergen information is available on request — just ask a member of staff.

While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our drinks are prepared in an environment where allergens are present, and we cannot 100% guarantee any product is completely free from traces of allergens

We use separate, dedicated equipment and tools for dairy-free, nut allergen, and gluten-free preparation to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

This information is provided as a guide. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please speak to us directly so we can talk through the safest options for you.
