Matcha
Premium Matcha supplied by Matcha Wholesale - A UK company founded by 2 brothers who thrive to bring quality products from Japan to businesses.
The matcha we use is 100% Japanese, sourced from a fifth-generation family-owned tea farm in Shizuoka. It is freshly ground and packed at source to ensure maximum freshness.

Processing Method Shade-grown tencha, machine-milled
This product contains 100% pure Japanese matcha tea powder and is not blended with any other ingredients. It is manufactured in a dedicated tea processing facility that handles only tea products. No UK or EU declarable allergens are present in the product or processing environment.

Our Lemons
We're careful about the lemons that go into our fresh lemonade — sourcing good quality, full-sized fruit rather than the smaller, drier ones that give less juice and a weaker flavour. A bigger, juicier lemon means a fresher, more vibrant lemonade in every cup.
Every lemon is thoroughly washed before use, removing any wax, dirt, or residue from handling and transport — an important step for food safety, and one we never skip, even though it means a little extra prep time before service.
And it's always freshly squeezed, never from a bottle — so you can taste the difference in every glass.
It's a small detail, but it's one of the things that makes the difference between an average lemonade and a genuinely fresh-tasting one.
The Coffee
Black Mountain Roast - Welsh Coffee 
Black Mountain Roast is an independent, award winning artisan coffee roaster based in Hay-on-Wye. Wales. Operating from a rustic barn in the foothills of the Black Mountains, they specialise in ethically sourced, small-batch specialty coffees roasted to perfection. They source our beans from many countries around the world, from small farms and co-operatives that excel at what they do.
We also use their Decaf blend - Often misunderstood, But the reality? Decaf has come a long way… and when done properly, it delivers the same depth, aroma and satisfaction you’d expect from any great cup. High-quality decaf coffee beans, like those sourced and roasted with care, retain the same tasting notes you’d expect from premium coffee. You’ll still experience richness, balance and subtle flavour profiles.
